Check your Antivirus Software

If you are trying to use ATT email and your email is not working then there can be a problem with your Antivirus software because sometimes this can be the case that conflict or interface with other software or email accounts. To avoid the issue, go to the Windows firewall settings and disable the third-party antivirus software program. If this will not work for you, then uninstall the software from your device.

Remove your profile and again add

To fix the ATT email not working issue, users can also try to remove your account and again try to add it back.

Go to the Account settings

Select the Manage profile icon and click on the Show profiles

Select your account in order to remove your ATT account

Again go to the login page and enter your valid email address and password and try to log in

Switch to the Google DNS

Sometimes, the problem can be occurred due to bad DNS settings so in that case it is recommended that the user should switch to Google’s DNS settings

Click on the Network and sharing center icon and click on the Taskbar in order to open your Network

Go to the Network and click on the Change adapter option

From all the available options users have to click on the network option  

Using mouse right click go to the properties option

Select the Internet Protocol version from the drop down menu

Use the following DNS server addresses and enter in front of the preferred and in front of Alternate

Click on the ok button to save all the settings
